Keystone Abrasives has available a wide selection of quality abrasive rolls, discs, belts, sheets, & pads to meet the needs of your floor sanding applications.  Listed below are many of the popular items we supply.   

FLOOR SANDING ABRASIVE ROLLS

• S/C Abrasive Paper: 8" x 50 Yards or 12" x 50 Yards, flexible single side abrasive sponge. Ideal for contour sanding by hand. Can be used WET. Grits 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.
• Zirconia EZ Abrasive Cloth: 8" x 50 Yards or 12" x 50 Yards, flexible double sided abrasive sponge. Ideal for contour sanding by hand. Can be used WET. Grits 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.

Floor Sanding Abrasive Rolls are also available in other abrasive materials including: S/C Cloth (BD), Aluminum Oxide Cloth (EX, WP), HD Zirconia (Maxicut), or Ceramic (GreenKut).  Keystone can make any size abrasive roll to fit your need!

FLOOR SANDING ABRASIVE DISCS 

• Edger Discs: Sold in packs of 50.  5" x 7/8" Slotted, 7" x 5/16", and 7" x 7/8".  Available in grits of 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120. 
• Large Diameter Slotted Floor Sanding Discs: Sold in packs of 10.  15" x 2" Slotted, 16" x 2" Slotted, 17" x 2" Slotted, 18" x 2" Slotted, and   20" x 2" Slotted.  Available in grits of 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.
• Large Diameter PSA Sanding Discs: Sold in packs of 10.  14" PSA, 15" PSA, 16" PSA, 17" PSA, 18" PSA, and 20" PSA.  Available in grits of 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.

• Large Diameter Sandscreen Discs: Sold in packs of 10.  14", 15", 16", 17", 18", and 20".  Available in grits of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220.

Edger Discs are also available in other abrasives including: S/C Cloth (BD), Aluminum Oxide Cloth (EX, WP), HD Zirconia (Maxicut), or Ceramic (GreenKut).  Sandscreen Edger Discs are also available!  Keystone can make any size disc to fit your need!  

 

FLOOR SANDING ABRASIVE BELTS

• Hummel: 7-7/8" x 29.5" available in A/O Cloth, S/C BD Cloth or Z/A Maxicut Cloth in grits of 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180.  
• Clark: 8" x 19" available in A/O KX Cloth, S/C BD Cloth, Z/A Maxicut Cloth in grits of 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180.
• Super Hummel: 11 7/8" x 31.5" available in A/O KX Cloth, S/C BD Cloth, Z/A Maxicut Cloth in grits of 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180.

Strong Bi-directional Butt Joints!  Many other coated abrasives are available!  Keystone Abrasives can make any size abrasive belt to fit your sander!

FLOOR SANDING ABRASIVE SHEETS

• Clark: 8" x 19.5" S/C abrasive paper sold in packs of 25 available in grits of 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120. 
• Silverline: 8" x 20-1/8" S/C abrasive paper sold in packs of 25 available in grits of 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180. 
• Sandscreen Sheets: 12" x 18" or 12" x 24" sold in packs of 10 available in grits of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220.
• Rectangle Sheets: 12" x 18" PSA, 12" x 24", 12" x 18" 2-Sided, 12" x 24" 2-Sided S/C Paper sold in packs of 10 available in grits of 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.
